AI agents and automation for small businesses

Agents and workflows that sort email, draft replies, research leads and turn meeting notes into tasks. A setup you can see and switch off, not a black box.

The problem, in plain words

Your inbox fills up faster than you can answer it, follow-ups slip through the cracks, and the notes from Tuesday's meeting are still notes. None of it is hard work. There's just a lot of it, and it lands on the same person every day.

What you get

  • A short written plan that names the one or two jobs worth handing to an agent first
  • Agents and workflows built in tools you can see (n8n, Make, Zapier, ChatGPT or Claude), set up in your accounts
  • Email triage and draft replies, lead research briefs, meeting notes turned into task lists, content pipelines and simple reports
  • Plain-English notes on what each agent can see, what it does, and how to switch it off
  • A test run with you before anything touches real customers

How it works

  1. A free call to find the busywork that eats your week
  2. A written plan with the first job, the tools and what it will and won't do
  3. Build, test with sample data, then a supervised trial with real work
  4. Hand-over: you own the accounts, the workflows and the off switch

Timelines depend on the size of the job and are set out in the written plan. Nothing here comes with a guarantee of rankings or results, because nobody can honestly offer one.

Proof

Mogens runs his own sites with agents like these: content pipelines, monitoring and reporting for PuertoVallarta.net and the rest of his portfolio. Three of the simpler setups are sold as ready-made templates on putyouragenttowork.com (Email Triage & Draft Replies, Lead Research Brief, and Meeting Notes to Tasks), so you can see exactly what one looks like before you hire anyone.

Is this a good fit?

A good fit if…

  • You do the same admin every day and would like some of it back
  • You want drafts to approve, not an agent that acts on its own
  • You're happy to keep the accounts in your name

Probably not a fit if…

  • You want an agent to send or post without anyone checking
  • The process changes every week and nobody has written it down
  • You're looking for a chatbot to replace your customer service team

FAQ

Will an agent send email on my behalf?

Not unless you decide it should. The default here is drafts: the agent prepares, you approve. That's also how the templates work.

Who owns the setup?

You do. Workflows are built in your accounts, so if we stop working together, everything keeps running and stays yours.

What does it cost?

It depends on the job, so pricing comes in the written plan after the free call, before you commit to anything.

Can it work in Spanish?

Yes. Agents can read and draft in English and Spanish, and Mogens checks the Spanish himself.

Ready when you are.

Start with a free call. You'll leave with a clearer idea of what to do, whether or not we work together.
